Brighton Plumbing Co is a residential plumbing team for Brighton, Brighton East, Hampton, Gardenvale, Elwood and Sandringham. We work in older bayside homes every week - period weatherboards, clinker brick, Art Deco units and everything since.
Our approach is simple. Turn up when we said we would, explain the job in plain English, give a fixed price before work starts, and leave the place tidy.

How we work
Plain answers, fixed prices, tidy work
Fixed quote before any work starts
You approve the price first. If we find something unexpected once the job is open, we stop and talk to you before going further.
We show you the problem
Camera footage of the drain, the worn washer, the corroded valve. You see what we see before you decide what to do about it.
One local team, no call-centre triage
You talk to the plumber doing the work. If a job is not worth fixing, we say so and give you the cheaper option.
Drop sheets down, area cleaned before we leave
Your home is not a worksite. Boots off on request, floors and benches protected, everything wiped over before we go.
Call us and you'll speak to a person, not a call centre. For urgent jobs like burst pipes we prioritise same-day where we can and tell you straight away if we can't. For everything else we book a window that suits you and confirm the day before. We don't promise arrival times we can't keep.

What we don't do
Knowing our limits is part of doing tidy work. Two things we are upfront about.
No standalone gas fitting
We don't take on gas fitting as a standalone service. If your job involves gas, ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
No commercial fit-outs
We are residential specialists. Houses, units and rentals across our six suburbs, not shops, offices or commercial fit-outs.
Licensed plumbing work carried out by a VBA-licensed plumber. Licence details available on request. Contact us if you would like them before booking.
