Our rules
How we collect and display reviews
After a job is finished we invite the customer to leave feedback. These are the rules we hold ourselves to when we publish it.
First-party only
Every review we publish comes from a real customer we actually did work for. We never buy, borrow or invent feedback.
Named with permission
Reviews appear with a first name and suburb only when the customer has agreed to that. No permission, no name.
Never edited
We publish reviews as written. We do not polish the wording, trim the criticism or fix anything beyond obvious typos the customer asks us to.
Negatives not suppressed
If a customer is unhappy and says so, that review stays up alongside the rest. We would rather respond to it than hide it.
